Wholesale Orders

Since 1990 I have been successfully creating and selling my real exotic butterfly art in the San Francisco Bay Area. As of June 2008 I will be offering my butterflies at wholesale prices for resale purposes. The designs are a little different than the designs on my retail website but with the same high quality. I wanted to offer displays that would sell quickly and contain the most beautiful exotic butterflies in my collection. These wholesale designs will not compete with my retail line and will not be offered on my retail website.

Qualifications:
If you are buying for a store, or any other resale purpose and you have a retail taxpayer ID number, you qualify to buy wholesale. I do not sell wholesale to individuals. This is a service for business and or storeowners that are licensed to do business and plan on selling my displays.

There is a 6-display minimum per order. Any size display combination is fine.

All orders are handmade at the time of ordering. Therefore depending on the size of the order it could take from one week to several weeks to complete. If you have any special needs, please call me to discuss them.

Orders to be paid before shipped. I accept Checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover Cards. If you wish to pay for your order by credit card, please call me personally with your credit card info.

Shipping info:
Once an order is ready for shipping it will be shipped via DHL overnight. I have used DHL for many years and they have been just about perfect getting my butterfly displays to my customer’s doorstep safely. Free DHL Overnight shipping on any orders over $800.00. On all other orders, shipping will be $50.00. You will receive an email at the time of shipping with your tracking information and expected delivery date of your order.

Return Info:
No unauthorized returns please. All damaged claims should be made within 3 days of receipt. Please open and inspect your order as soon as possible. If you find any part of your order is damaged as a result of shipping please notify me immediately.

I make every effort to provide my customers with an outstanding product of the highest quality. All displays are handmade by myself and are not mass-produced in anyway, therefore I do not offer refunds on orders once they have shipped.
